VINTAGE Ranch House Style Copper Shade Light Fixtures
Two Vintage 1950s Ranch House style
copper light fixtures and a spare copper shade.
We have here, two 1950s era Ranch
House style copper light fixtures and a spare copper shade.
The spare shade is 14 1/2 inches in
diameter, and 5 inches tall.
The first light fixture 16 1/2 inches
in diameter, and 9 1/4 inches tall. The top of this fixture
is 5 3/4 inches in diameter, with a 1 1/4 inch tall perforated,
scalloped top fence. The bottom rim of this fixture is scalloped
to mirror the top. Below the reflector shade there are three
bulb sockets, and a pull ring. Condition- this fixture could
use a good cleaning and polishing. There are some small area
of chipped paint on the underside of the reflector shade. This
lamp fixture will also require rewiring.
The second smaller light fixture is
a faux oil lantern style fixture. The shade is approximately
9 inches in diameter with a ruffled lip. The top opening of
the shade is 3 1/2 inches in diameter. The yoke frame supports
the shade, and attaches to the bottom fount. The bottom of the
lamp is a faux fount with a glass chimney mounted on it. The
chimney is 5 1/2 inches tall, and the ruffled top lip, rises
above the level of the shade. The overall length of this fixture
is 23 inches. There is a ceiling mount plate, it is approximately
5 1/2 inches in diameter. There is an 11 inch length of chain
between the mount plate and the top of the yoke frame. Condition-
This fixture could benefit from a good cleaning and polishing.
There is some paint spattered on the shade, as well as the ceiling
mount plate. The glass globe is in very good condition, there
are no chips or cracks. This fixture will require updating the
